Our story is like many out there. We are certain that many people who read our journey to entrepreneurship will be able to easily relate to why we decided to open our own small business.

We are a photo booth company that operates out of the Rio Grande Valley “yay”. Our interest in opening a company was simple; we were tired of bad experiences with many companies from across all industries. Now, not every business was a negative experience and we certainly got motivated by positive interactions as well.

The straw that broke the camels back for us was when we experienced a very poor quality customer service at a family function. I remember collecting my family together because I wanted to take a fun family picture in the photo booth that had been hired for the event. Long story short, after going through the motions of getting props, posing for the session and getting a 2x6 printed copy of the picture I was so annoyed and embarrassed by the pure lack of customer service shown by the photo booth attendants. I thought, wow these folks were hired to provide the entertainment for the function and they had long faces and were rude to everyone who was lining up to take a picture.

Now I know that when someone pays for entertainment the last thing they are expecting is rude and uninterested attendants. And so, from that point on I decided that I would change the way entertainment services are provided to customers.

From this experience, RGV Selfies Photo Booth Co. was founded and i’m proud to say that we have been living up to our motto of “Capturing Memories…One Selfie at a Time”. Our commitment to delivering excellent and professional services is our top priority. Our team of selfie specialist have been professionally trained and exhibit the highest standards of courtesy and fun.

Beside treating our customers as family, we strive to deliver an elevated experience in photo, video sharing and printing services. We are committed to engaging our worldwide network to continue providing the latest trends in photo sharing and social media engagements.
